RevHub Hires Former OC Economic Development Director, Carma Lacy, to Build Social Enterprise Ecosystem in Orange County

Carma Lacy, former director of Economic and Workforce Development and executive director of the Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB), joins the senior leadership of RevHub.

Irvine, CA, May 2023 | Announcing an executive hire tasked with leading new collaborative efforts, RevHub pushes forward on its mission to build the social enterprise ecosystem and illuminate pathways to entrepreneurship for under-represented and under-resourced communities throughout Orange County.

Appointed to the new position of executive director of ecosystem building, Carma Lacy most recently served as the director of Economic and Workforce Development for Orange County. With over twenty years of experience in community engagement, systems development, grants, fiscal management, and public administration, Lacy provided oversight for over $30 million of funds allocated from various government agencies. Before coming to Orange County, she served as Director of Policy and Initiatives for the Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio. In her new position with RevHub, she will lead the implementation of initiatives like the NorthSTAR OC Collaborative and RevHub’s new Climate Action Business Incubator (CABI) with UC Irvine and Sustain SoCal.
