Stephan represents a unique blend of multicultural skills and experiences, including broad commodities production and trading in both producing and consuming nations. Offering hands-on expertise in day-to-day non-profit management and large-scale resource mobilization, he has worked in all phases of a business and also served on the boards of organizations in Central America, South America, and the US. Stephan has invested himself in strategic initiatives involving nonprofit management and philanthro-capitalism, developing considerable experience in the non-profit sector, public-private partnerships, and, more recently, the merging of entrepreneurial for-profit ventures in support of non-profit sustainability. In the last 10 years, he has focused on developing programs and companies that address some of the greatest challenges affecting industries in Orange County. Subsequently, he founded RevHub in 2019 and serves as the full-time president and CEO.

Carma is an economic and workforce development executive with expertise in strategically organizing communities and programs alike. Responsible for implementing RevHub’s NorthSTAR initiative, she previously served as the executive director of the Orange County Workforce Development Board (OCWDB) and the director of workforce and economic development for Orange County. As such, she created local policies and implemented countywide strategies to address education and workforce issues that impact local businesses and job-seekers. She also provided fiscal and program oversight for millions of dollars in funding received from multiple government agencies. An avid learner who holds a master's of Public Administration, an MBA, and a BS in Law, Carma contributes to the community by donating her expertise in project management, business development, and social media skills to local nonprofits.
Juan Carrillo | Hub Director

Juan is a small business-owner and entrepreneur with experience creating business plans, raising capital, and managing projects. He has led his microbrewery’s social responsibility strategy, which has been able to fund student scholarships, connect volunteers to nonprofits, raise funds for local causes, and provide an outlet for artists and entrepreneurs to showcase their work. Juan has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector; prior to joining RevHub, his most recent role was senior director of College & Career Development with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast. He has led organizations to expand across multiple cities in Orange County while managing relationships with districts, community organizations, corporate partners, and foundations. Juan has an MA in Social Entrepreneurship from Pepperdine University.
Julie Cranston | Executive Director | RevFund

Julie is an experienced leader who has spent decades working in fast-paced fields such as fintech, startups, advertising, and promotions. Her career background lends her a keen understanding of the unique challenges innovators face when building their companies. Prior to joining RevFund, Julie was director of the SBDC @ UCI Beall Applied Innovation, building the new tech center from the ground up. Under her management, the Center’s team of business consultants helped clients generate over $250M in economic impact in four years and saw a 180% increase in clients. Simultaneously, as executive director of Cove Fund II, Julie built and ran day-to-day operations for the $14M seed stage venture capital fund with an average deal flow of 250 startups a year.

Chris brings a wide variety of experience to RevHub. Having started out as a software developer, he successfully transitioned to a small businessowner, then into the role of an executive manager. Chris primarily led engineering teams in the development of a wide variety of hardware and software products with global reach. He is transitioning once again into helping build ecosystems involved in social entrepreneurship and community resilience. This includes serving as RevHub’s Climate Initiatives Project Lead for the Climate Action Business Incubator (CABI).
Tim Shaw | Founding Partner

Tim is a nonprofit consultant and social sector leader committed to helping organizations, professionals, and volunteers build and lead sustainable, impactful, and effective organizations. His professional life in the social sector spans three decades, including positions as CEO of the Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF), VP of Community Relations for Orange County United Way, executive director of the Orange County Homeless Issues Task Force, and director of Serving People in Need (SPIN). Among many achievements is his leadership of a collaborative of nonprofit and local government agencies that secured the largest federal homeless grant in Orange County history, an effort that has resulted in over $300 million coming to the region since 1996. In addition to his role with RevHub, Tim is a special projects consultant with UCI Beall Applied Innovation, expanding entrepreneurial opportunities for first-generation, low-income, and under-represented students, faculty, and alumni.

Chris brings to RevHub over two decades of expertise in the nonprofit space as a communicator, fundraiser, and leader. He has led annual giving campaigns, planned special events, and written grants while helping fundraisers and nonprofit professionals find the joy, innovation, and passion in their work. As the founder and CEO of Resolute Philanthropy, a consulting firm that provides nonprofit leaders with the tools and resources they need to thrive, Chris innately believes engaged and effective nonprofits help create a kinder, safer, and healthier world. His experience includes serving alongside organizations such as Project Access, Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, St. Joseph Hospital, Chapman University, and MIND Research Institute. Chris earned a BA in English from Chapman University, an MA in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, and certification as a non-profit executive.

Joe offers over two decades of career experience in leadership and management, strategic planning, and program development. Prior to joining RevHub, he served in executive roles within some of Southern California's largest non-profits, including Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire. Formerly a consultant for the Orange County Department of Education, Joe provided training and technical assistance for community-based organizations and school districts. His background has also given him diverse lessons in business strategy, such as creating professional development strategy for a team of 75+ employees, or learning hands-on lessons in business development while building a robust volunteer recruitment and retention strategy for local mentors. Joe holds a BS in Human Services from California State University, Fullerton.

startups but also helped create a close-knit founder community. As the incubation navigator, Jennifer
leads RevHub's incubation program for social enterprises, ensuring these ventures are well-prepared for impact and investment. Her commitment to social impact and community building shines in everything she does, making her a trusted guide for social ventures. She holds a BA in Community Studies with a specialization in Social Documentation from UC Santa Cruz.

Jenalyn is a non-profit professional dedicated to engaging with communities. As Community Navigator, she ensures RevHub maintains a presence throughout our community while working closely with NorthSTAR Collaborative partners. She is one of the founding staff members of Chrysalis in Orange County, where she discovered her passion for strategic outreach and partnerships. Her expertise is strongest in building rapport with individuals, organizations, businesses, and government agencies. Jenalyn believes in finding ways to meet people at their individual levels, and she advocates that there should be no wrong door when connecting with resources. She has a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Social Work from California State University, Fullerton.

Prior to RevHubOC, Bracy served as Head of Projects and Programs at JustWorld International - a nonprofit funding education, healthcare, and nutritional programs in impoverished communities. In addition, Bracy has facilitated an online learning community for entrepreneurs, supported K-12 teachers across Los Angeles with implementing an entrepreneurship curriculum, and helped minority entrepreneurs accelerate their startup ventures. Passionate for using and sharing business resources to change the world, Bracy has taught at the Entrepreneur Academy of California State University, and she is the Chairwoman of #LatinaGeeks, a business-forward nonprofit that educates and empowers Latinas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from California State University, LA, and an MA in Social Entrepreneurship from USC.

Glenn brings more than 30 years of leadership experience working with charities, families, individuals, foundations, and businesses, helping them translate the desire to do good into realities that make a lasting impact. Specializing in start-ups, he has worked to pioneer multiple philanthropic and entrepreneurial social enterprises, including the Rising Tide which, through the purchase and management of tax-exempt, bond-financed affordable housing, has created a thriving business providing both housing and net operating income to support a cutting-edge program for former foster youth; Axiom Coffee Ventures, which provides access to financing, training, and market for remote, small-holder coffee-growers; and Sudara, Inc., an apparel company fighting human trafficking by providing at-risk women with employment, training, and support services. Glenn is one of the founders of RevHub and leads the Capital element.

Accomplished sales strategist for social enterprise innovators
Peter offers more than 40 years of marketing and sales experience with the largest direct marketing company in the US. He serves as a sales strategist for RevHubOC and other startups focused on creating a thriving social enterprise ecosystem in Southern California, and he also assists Project FoodBox with its mission to build a more equitable US food system. As co-founder of International Farming—a privately owned institutional investment manager—Peter takes a holistic approach to agriculture by investing in farmers and technology to help grow a stronger, more transparent food economy. He has co-founded Gamble Nelson, a high-end Napa Valley wine distributed throughout the US, and serves on the boards of several organizations. An alumnus of San Diego State University, Peter is passionate about mentoring young business-minded individuals as they embark on changing the trajectory of their lives.
