Jennifer provides over a decade of hands-on experience in innovation and entrepreneurship program
management, paired with a genuine passion for nurturing startup ecosystems. Before joining RevHub,
she played a pivotal role in the ExCITE Startup Incubator, where she not only supported tech-focused
startups but also helped create a close-knit founder community. As the incubation navigator, Jennifer
leads RevHub’s incubation program for social enterprises, ensuring these ventures are well-prepared for impact and investment. Her commitment to social impact and community building shines in everything she does, making her a trusted guide for social ventures. She holds a BA in Community Studies with a specialization in Social Documentation from UC Santa Cruz.
